First I'd lay the pipe right next to the 20 foot upright. Two feet or so off center. Make sure you measure and mark the middle of that 25 foot pole exactly. Then I'd wrap the chain around one end of the pole and weld it in place. Then I'd brace the other end of that pole against the tire of my truck. I'd do it about 3 feet down the pole. Then I'd attach the come along to the other end of the chain making sure the chain is on the opposite side of the upright from your pole. Then attach the comealong to the other end of the pole. So now you have the chain on one side and the upright and your pole on the other. Now tighten the comealong as much as you can. Have the cheatbar inside the end of the pipe with the chain welded to it. Now heat the 25 foot pipe right in the middle til you think it's hot enough to bend. Remeber it's 2 feet off center so you can heat it. When it's hot enough move it to the exact center against the upright. which will be 2 feet. There still 1 foot of pipe against the tire of the truck. Now quickly move down to the end of the pipe where the cheater bar is. Now pull your butt off to make a slight bend in the pole. It wont have to be much. Once it's bent the come along can do the rest of the work. Heat and tighten, heat and tighten. .. How did I do? Do I need a new 25 foot section to start over?

Build a jig to bend it, I'd build a jig our of lumber to the correct angle of the bend you wise to make before you touch the pipe with a torch. heat the pipe at the bend point up several feet on either side of the bend to reduce the potential to crimp the pipe.

The idea would be to get a angle fittings to the correct angle then cut and thread the pipe. It would eliminate the need heat and all that stuff, rent a cutter/threader at the local rental store. pickup 90, 45s or 22.5 ells at the plumbing supply where you bought the pipe.

You could also cut the pipe at the joint and weld up at that the correct angle. So that gives you about 3 possible ways to handle the problem.

Draw your arch on the ground in the dirt by whatever means you choose, then take steel concrete stakes and drive them in the ground following the pattern of the arch about every foot. Then heat it as you slowly bend it around the stakes, wear gloves and at the last five feet or so use a cheater bar in side the pipe. that's all there is to it.

first plan ahead find something to brace pipe with something that you can hook up chain and come along to then heat pipe where you want to bend it then put tenison on it and heat some more then move the chain and heat another area and bend it a little more keep doing this til you have the bend you want. it is slow and time comsuming. do not try and bend all at once or it might not be wut you want go slow and do it right

you could actually heat your pipe red hot, and bed it. but you have to be vary careful, because you do nto want a crease in it. bend it over something round also, not like a edge.
