The theory you are mentioning refers to people moving great distances at speeds approaching light speed.
When travelling near the speed of light, time will move at different speeds depending on where you are at the time.
If you are on the spaceship, it will seem to move at the normal time,ie 1second per second.
If you are on the Earth, watching the spaceship move away, time will seem to slow down, and the speed of the spaceship will not seem so high. Relative to the people on the ship, time might be be passing at 1 second per minute.
When the ship returns after travelling for 24 hours, then on Earth, 60 days would have passed, buut the austronauts would only be 1 day older.
Since we cannot travel anywhere near the speed of light, there would not be any discernible difference in the astronauts' ages when they return.

This is a simplified version, but I think sums it up.

Hope this helps

He may not necessarily become younger. Coz Einstein's G. Relativity says that the faster you go the slower passes the time.

So his becoming younger when he returns to earth depends on the speed with which his craft travels. This is the same thing with astronauts who go out into space. They don't return back younger because they are not traveling in those realms of speed whereupon General Relativity acts.

Doesn't happen that way, and it's related to the special theory, not the general. What does happen is that everyone left behind ages more quickly. But only if the astronaut travels at a speed close to the speed of light.

According to Einestein's theory when traveling with close to that of light speeds constants like mass and time start to change drasticly. They change no matter how fast is the speed, however you can not feel the difference.

Yes. And the theory states that as you move relative to the speed of light, time slows for you relative to the time passing on earth. He uses the analogy of walking on a train vs walking on the ground. If you walk on a train you're actually moving as fast as the train and then as fast as you're walking. But you only experience walking at the normal walking speed.
I probably screwed this all up, but that's how I remember it.

This other person can inhabit your same body because that is what we do when we create personas around our spirit. We start to believe that we are the straight A student, who is popular, cute and has loads of friends, or the pimply, nerd, who walks the halls looking at the floor. We become these people fully, and they are not us at all, only impostors. We are pure divine love, god and goddess, manifested in human form.

He doesn't become younger.That's impossible.
Now if a ship was able to travel faster than lightspeed, it's possible for a person to return and find everyone else older. But the traveller wouldn't be any younger.

Maybe they felt better. Maybe they got a glimpse of God. Maybe they got optimistic. Maybe they got a broader perspective on life. Now I know that's not the answer you're looking for, but just for fun these are also contributing factors. Maybe they're just grateful to be home. Maybe they missed their dog. Maybe they decided to be nicer to the rest of their family. All these maybe's have to add up to Something bigger than where they started. Maybe they enlarged their brain, revised their way of thinking, decided to be kinder. Since when did not a large dose of happiness drop years off our faces. Smile and be tolerant of me. I was having fun. I feel much younger now. Thank you.

They didn't become younger, they became older slowly.
