I now know what my true sexual orientation is but I'm afraid that I might be judged or laughed at or be abandoned by my friends.

I know it sounds confusing but I was never really gay, I was a big crybaby when I was in elementary school and people teased me and so I was branded gay and I carried it all through high school and made myself believe that I was gay but I realized that I never had any feelings for men I just acted like one because that was what people perceived me to be and now I realized that I'm straight because I have this strong attraction to women. My friends might judge me or laugh at me and I want to kow how to subtly reveal that Im coming out of the STRAIGHT closet.

They are your friends right? If they are truly your friends, then they should support you and be there for you no matter what your orientation is. I would pick a few of your closest friends to sit down and have a conversation with them about it. Just let them know how you feel and why, and I am sure that they will support you, or at least tell you how they feel. It would probably make you feel a lot better once it is all off your chest.

Your friends should never abandon you....
If you feel as though you have gone through some kind of transformation from gay to straight then they might think that is bizarre because it has not been known to work out very well...
Usually a person who is gay stays that way.
If you feel as though you were just confused at the time, then that is perfectly understandable and your friends should accept that.
If your friends turn into jerks then you should choose some new people to hang out with.

I'm confused. Did you think you were gay before? People usually are more worried about coming out, not about "going back in". I'm open to all people, so I'm not at all judging you, but I think you are probably less likely to be judged, unless of course your friends are all gay in which case they may feel like you were living a lie. If they are true friends they will listen to you and try to understand where you are coming from.

People love to judge others and laugh at them. You really should learn this soon!
Live your life is all you have to do. Let them think what they wish, as they will any way!

once you realize your sexuality, you can be no other way. you may not practice the old ways you had but you are the same person as before. forget what they think or say. you came into the world alone and you will be judged alone by your God

Why not tell them you are bi? (so, that the reality comes to them smoothly) Anyways, people should see us as human beings irrelevantly of our sex. Especially friends. You do not even have to tell them, they will figure it out eventually.

I dont think you can just one day say you are straight after being gay. I fact I say once you do something gay, your gay no matter what after that.
