Picking is easy ~ its the timing that counts.
Best to wait till the end of the day when bogeys are at their peak,
it is advisable do pick whilst on the lavatory as you always have tissue handy in case you are greedy and end up with a bleed.
The best bogeys in my opinion are the ones that don't stick to your teeth.
