Your going to wanna increase the front side bus from its current 266MHz to as high as it will go with proper cooling. That is the simple of it, if you want a more detailed explanation send me an email.

very simple guide
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
you need to lower the ram timings and increase the fsb by 5 each time working your way up
try to boot the computer each time you increase the fsb
once you get high enough run a stability test and make sure it isn't ruining too hot
