Look inside yourself and write a book about your self.( that would be a true story) 1st you need an idea-2nd do research on the subject.3- then try and locate a person that has knowledge on the topic you have picked. 4. if they agree to try and write the book. you need a proof reader, 5. you have to either get an agent or a list of publishers and send the manuscript. 6. you then will have to have completed your homework because you have to neg. the financial end of the contract. If you are asking how can you become an agent that locates writers. Then you start from the bottom up get a job with a publishing company so you can get your foot in the door. then begin to network
