I don't think she has a leg to stand on myself. Look at what they have all said: "He has been my crutch for so long - I have no idea why this has happened, I'm really STUMPED" said Heather. "She's running around in circles", according to a close friend, "It's not like its easy to WALK OUT on a relationship like this".
Paul was asked if he would ever consider going down on one knee again and rumours over the split have suggested that infidelity may have been the cause. "She's terrible" a source stated, "always trying to get her leg over". Another source has suggested that her battle with alcoholism was the cause. "Macca couldn't handle it anymore" a friend said, "he would get home at night and find her legless". He gave her a new prosthetic leg for Christmas but that was just a stocking-filler.
I know these jokes are funny but lets spare a thought for poor Paul please. Now she has left him, he's going to struggle to find another woman who can fill her shoe.
PS I side with Lennon...he was the only true legend.

Part of me thinks that as you never know what goes on inside of someone else's marriage that I have no right to an opinion on this. But OTOH I always thought she was only marrying him for his money. What I couldn't understand was how he was so gullible, but I guess he was desperately lonely and it seemed like a good idea at the time.
I'm sure whichever of them wins in the end they'll both end up with more than enough money to live quite comfortably.
If it was down to me though I would side with Paul.

! Anyone who knows Paul's character knows it's absurd ! On the other hand, Heather is not a monster, either. She's an incredible woman; that's why Paul married her. She has survived an abusive childhood, so I know she has issues now that she is a mother (been there).
I've got to pin this one on the lawyers....
I pray for them (the McCartneys) every day; and hope that they receive proper counseling because this is very stressful and I'm so concerned for them (and Beatrice).

Paul, because he continues to try to act like a gentleman and take the high road throughout this mess while Heather is slinging dirt. Paul's mistake was remarrying while he was still in mourning for Linda.

McCartney I suppose. I don't really have any sympathy with either of them but he has the edge because Heather isn't a particularly nice person and I remember being surprised that he had got together with her in the first place.

He has worked hard his whole life for his money. She should oly get her share of what he made or acquired whilst marriedto him. So I am not sure if she is claiming beyond that, If she is then its pure greed. Remember they have a kid ans so there could be other factors in play, like her trying to get him to let go of custody, or Hetaher wanting to ensure money goes to the kid rather than any other future wives and kids, prior kids, etc, In divorce there is no win or loose when you go into litigation, BOTH PArties loose, and the attorneys smile :)
