I need help Identifying this song, but the only part i know is the hey now part, then it says something in some different language after that.

It's definetely "Iko Iko". There are many versions of this song. The Belle Stars had a hit with it in the 80's and it was featured on the soundtrack to the Tom Cruise Movie "Rain Man". Cyndi Lauper recorded it on her "True Colors" album. She had intended to record it as a duet with Patti LaBelle, but Patti's record company wouldn't allow it.

my grand ma and your grand ma..sitting by the fire...my grand ma told your grand ma i m goin to set your flag on fire...talking about hey now....hey now hey now hey now.......it is old song but i think it is just gibberish not a diffenrt language it is american song...or so the germans would want us to beleive!
