Is that possible to file an abuse complaint to a forum mod that wasnt been fairly treated the member? I want to voice my feeling for treated less than equal, where can i seek help, if possible bring up a lawsuit against them, thanks!

Ask for the procedure in the forum if evidence could be given. Otherwise, you cannot file a case.

Are you saying that you were treated badly by the moderator of a forum? Or are you saying you were disrespected by other people in the forum?
You can complain to the people who own the forum, but that might be a waste of time unless you can provide proof.
If you feel that the forum's owners do not satisfy you, you have every right to leave the forum and start your own.
