Some women have milky-like substance come out of their nipples on some days during their cycle. It is usually only some drops or 'one squirt' and then it stops. If it is a lot, or happens daily then you might want to get your Prolactin level checked. Prolactin is the natural hormone found in blood, secreted by the pituitary gland, when breastfeeding. When not breastfeeding and there is daily, substantial milk being produced it can be caused by a pituitary adenoma (cancer). But if it is only a little bit that is fine.
