ideas for poetry?

I was just about asleep when I realized I have 10 poems due for a class tomorrow. I'm not any good writing poetry although I've jotted down a couple, I think they still suck. Anyways, any ideas to write off of would be appreciated.

think of your feelings about life, school, work, love... a specific moment when you had an extreme feeling works best. extreme anger, sadness, happiness... these all will help you to express that emotion.

use some of the formats of rhyme that i am assuming you have been studying.

i do understand not feeling the whole poem thing... it is hard to get into sometimes.

With no idea of what to write,
Still yet I can't turn out the light,
Because this is due in the morn,
And I'll probably still be up at dawn,
So I hit the Internet,
To scab some prose, for which I wept,
Then as I erased the writer's name,
I smiled..meh, they're all the same.

I am bored.
