In Art history, there is a "movement" called Pop Art. Pop art included Warhol and Lictenstein, Jasper Johns, Raushenburg, Claus Oldenburg and many others. It's imagery was largely of it's time (that of the mid-50's) with themes like consumerism and everyday "popular" items - elevating coke "pop" bottles, comic books, cake and beer cans the level of fine art. Post-Pop would be saying work that came after the Pop Movement and probably retains some reference to consmerism or everyday objects - or is reacting against it in some way.
