Do you believe that everything in life happens for a reason and do you believe in 6 degrees of separation. I believe both I was just curious of other peoples takes on these things.

Interesting you put this question in science. Try Religion and you will probably get more responses. I am not familiar with the 6 degrees of separation - surely you are not referring to that Kevin Bacon thing? Anyway, my answer would be:

"Yes. This moment is as it should be."

No, everything does not happen for a reason.
It just happens, then you react to it, that's all.
Bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people, both undeservedly. You would waste a lot of time looking for a reason for it all, and still not understand.

Life is not that deep.

And no, I am not depressed, I am quite happy with my life.

everything as we know it in the physical world has a cause and effect so in that sense everything does happen for a reason
