Yes, it costs money. However, if you're in the U.S., try going to your local county health department, and it's possible that you might be able to get very low-cost (or even free) birth control. Also try contacting Planned Parenthood.

You can get the genaric pill for free if you financially qualify from your local health dept. You must however be at least 16 or w/ parent premission. (states vary by age but the youngest w/o parent is 16) You will need a apt. call & explain reason. Otherwise if your doctor prescribes it is about 30 per month. Always use a condom !

my birth control is on my parents insurance and therefore costs money to get. even if you are not on your parents insurance it would still cost you depending on the brand, where you are getting it from, etc. mine is like $5-$10 a month if i amright, no hold on it is like $5! ask your gyno to prescribe you a 3 month BS pill via the mail and the rest through the pahrmacy, that is what my gyno did with me 2 times!

Depends on where you go. I think it costs money but I'm not sure if there are any places that give it free.

yes at planned parenthood. Even if you have insurance, if you are under 18 just tell them that you do not want your parents to know.

Wow are we seriously encouraging minors to go on BC w/o talking to their parents first????? How about NOT having sex until you are old enough to deal with the consequences that come with it??
