Yes. I own a home in San Francisco by the beach. It's great but I'm a country boy at heart and I look forward to buying a few acres in northern California in the Shasta-Trinity wildernes.

I lived in the Bay all my life - San Lorenzo, Oakland, Union City, Pittsburg, and Stockton.
I now reside in Sin City aka Las Vegas.
I miss the Bay Area... :-(
