i have a disconnected vaccum line and cant seem to find where it should go.

Look under the hood, on the driver's side. There should be a decal (Vehicle Emissions Control Information) label, or VECI. It contains all of the pertinent information concerning the engine; Size, emission control devices, tune-up information, certification (Federal or California) and vacuum diagram.
All of this is required by law since the late '70s. If the vehicle has been involved in a collision, or the hood has been modified or painted, it may be missing.

they have online manuals for free. Unsure about vacuum diagrams.
