No...but possibly, yes.

There is no sperm in urine.

However, sperm can "hangout" in the urethra after ejaculation, or even reflux into the bladder. Then, when a guy pees, it would flush out the piping, so to speak. Any sperm in the piping would get flushed out into the urine.

So, it is possible to have some sperm in urine...
