Call Kirby at 1-800-437-7170 and ask them for the address of the nearest store that carries their products. Most Vacuum cleaner stores should carry this..

not sure if you are in Canada or the US but I used to work for Kirby in the 90's in Canada and the only place you could get the carpet shampoo was from a distributor.

Definitely go to EBay, cant find it any cheaper, I was buying and selling Kirby parts there for a while

hi kirby is a very good rug cleaner but rug doctor is better i've used both and was surprised the rug doctor ( anyone can buy them now usalley they were the type you could only rent ) pulled out pet stains like they were nothing (if you have a shaws supermarket it is the type they rent out ) you can use any rug shampoo you want in it ( i have no connection with rug doctor other then i have used them)
