Equal in what way....No definitely not. Many factors come into play here. We are all born into different levels of life. Some with a golden spoon in the mouth, others with no food or shelter.
But in God's eyes we as human beings are equal. We should look at each other in this way. Respect every other human being you see, look past the outer and know that that person feels inside. Everyone wants to be loved, accepted, respected and cared for no matter what race or creed.
We live in a selfish world, me, me and I. Learn to love lots and be free in your love towards others.

China does not have a beetter education system than the US. However those cultures also limit the free exchange of ideas. So the answer to your question is NO. Equality is a myth, a dream, and as long as there are religious groups and belief systems there will never be equality.

No all races ARE equal.
Individuals of these races can and do spike outside of the average.
Countries that value education put more of their resources into trying to educate a larger group of "smart" people than others, but it is not racial.
You stated this in your question.
Sorry, I failed to register this...well, then you know, lol.
a little waste of time, hmmm.

Yes we are. The difference comes with education because some people weren't given equal opportunities before, but that is changing.

All races SHOULD be equal. We may have different skin colours and different coloured eyes, but we all bleed red blood. Why can't all humans get along. Underneath the skin we are all the same.

you're question doesn't really make sense....are you asking if different races are equal (Yes I believe that they are) or are you asking if better educated people are equal (Maybe/maybe not).
