Commercial Rap..like Chingy, Nelly, Bow Wow, Lil Jon & the Eastside Boyz...etc.
I prefer soulful hip hop. There is a different between the two. Soulful hip hop artist include Common, Talib Kwalib, Kanye West, Mos Def, and of course..S.Carter a.k.a Jay-Z. These are real rappers who speak the truth, and don't constantly rap about drugs, hoes, and money. These artists have convey powerful messages in their rhymes and are very much respected because of their style.

In my opinion County/ western, and rap that steals tunes without permission. sure it is just a sound bite but you arent contributing anything new to the music culture. so you become just another money grabbing celeb.
next would be R&B hip hop, more money grabbing. sure you can sing but can you write about something other than teeny love...
this does not mean i dont respect what some artists in those fields have done. if they can truely generate something new and not reuse and regurgitate old material then i will say they have their place.
but more often than not those new artists are a waste of shelf space at HMV

Interesting question and unless you pick "best answer" as the answer that you agree with the most, I don't see how you are going to pick a best answer.
For me, the answer to your question is based on a definition of "what is music?".
I hate "modern" country western music or as I call it "country western 3 chord twang". However, I love bluegrass which I consider to be a different style of music from country western even though I feel the roots of country western music lies in bluegrass. I also like what I consider to be some of the old classic country western (Hank Williams Sr. for example) and I like some cross over (Don't It make my Brown Eyes Blue).
I also am not fond of "Rap". However I like it more than I like country western. Yet I don't feel that "classic Rap" is music. I think of it more as poetry recited to some kind of musical background. It's no different than hearing a beatnik from the 50's recite his "beat poetry" to the accompaniment of bongo drums. It doesn't fit into what I define as music. I think of "classic Rap" as an art form. I do think that there are some forms of music that have evolved out of "classic Rap". So to me, some forms of Rap as it's performed today (hip hop or whatever names you want to call it) are music even though I consider their ancestor, "classic rap" to be an art form and not music.

RAP! It is monotonous. I love the old school R&B when people really sing and portray their vocal talent.

For me personally, it would be a tie between rap and country. But hey, whatever people want to listen to through their own headphones is their business.

R'n'B, rap,hip hop. They are pointless, the singers are popular for nothing , they just add girls in their clips and they think its good! not to mention the same topics they sing about!
