The House majority is Republican
The Supreme Court, the majority has been appointed by republicans.

Sir, I believe you are implying that the Democrats are the roots of all that is evil.
Now the way I see things, each of the parties feels that it is their duty to get you to believe that the other is at fault because the party leaders are by majority, lawyers by trade, and others by training.
I am not a lawyer but I have read the back of my car insurance card and it states not to admit to anything,, leading me to think that lawyers must take courses most likely called “Avoiding the Truth 101” and also “Blaming the Other Guy 201”
The point is, they’re highly skilled, trained and well paid professionals whose goal is to make you believe that their client’s dog did not kill the goose that lay that golden egg.
But it must be that republican’s dog; because that democrat’s dog has had no teeth for going on 12 years now.
Well, I am little divided between a liberal and a conservative view. And there is the Good Book that states that you should treat someone like you wish to be treated.

Maybe you question why the Bush Lamebrains of the world have made being a liberal a bad thing. They have chosen to blame liberals for society is going into the dumper while they are in charge.

Among today's whines:

The justice system is too hard on criminals.
Kids shouldn't be disciplined.
Our borders should be left wide open.
School days are too long.
We should close our eyes tightly and pretend terrorism isn't real.
Their SUVs guzzling gas aren't causing a gas shortage.

I believe it's because they don't care what's good for America. They only care about what is good for them. If Bush were a Democrat and made all of the exact same decisions he has made, they would not say a word. They only want power and money. That's it. Nancy Pelosi, when asked which office suite she would take if she becomes Speaker said, "I'll take any damn office I want". Her interview tonight was all about what powers she has, wants and thinks she's entitled to.

Liberals believe in altruistic ideals. Conservatives believe in cold, unempathetic platitudes. At least supposedly... mostly right now they just care about hating the other. A balance is required for good governing. Liberalism taken too far is socialist communism. Conservatism taken too far is authoritarian plutocracy. I don't care to live under either.
