Well you probably should have a job first just so finances aren't an issue starting out! I would say whenver you feel it's right, but don't wait to long, she might get sick of hanging on!

Anytime is a good time..You have to set this up...when you do get that job, ("GOOD LUCK ON THAT") and establish yourself a little, making sure you can provide for the both of you...ITS TIME..... get down on that bended knee and ask. My fiancee` got the waiter to drop my ring in a glass of champagne and all he heard me say was...Oh my God and I kept repeating it over and over, that was happiness and Good memories

propose when you feel things are right at that point...don't let her or her family make you feel like you need to propose at a certain time....only you and only your heart will tell you what you need to do
