I'm 18 turning 19 and I'm only 5'10. Does drinking lots of milk really help?

Don't really mind the height, but it would be cool to just reach 6ft.

Females stop growing at 18 and males at 21, so you may still grow some yet.

Milk will make the bones stronger, but I don't think it will have any effect on your height as that is usually genetic.

nothing wrong with your height as it is.but you may grow a bit more up until you are 21 but it will only be a little bit tell you what to help it along drink lots of milk it will help a bit to but really nothing wrong with beain 5'10 inless you are trying to do something that you need to be taller but i cant see what

what's wrong with 5'10 ? I am taller than most people around me.

Unless you want to be playing in sports.

I can't help you then because I am stuck at 5'10.

BTW, being too talk isn't that great, you don't look good with some short cuties.

Sorry to disappoint you but i think you're done growing. All you can really do now is gain size through gym but not height

u will get a big boost around 20 and stop growing around 25

men stop growing at 21. yeah you could add the couple of inches.
