She told me she never loved me. Even back to the beginning. She wants a divorce. I'm looking for a place to live now.

It sounds like she may have some issues going on and she doesn't want to deal with them. So it is much easier to put it on you and make you feel bad rather than except responsibility for her short comings. Or, she is very self centered and selfish and you were a very good provider and this is what she was looking for, many women and men look for someone who will take good care of them and love has nothing to do with it. However, either way, I would try very hard not to take it personally, it is not your issue, she sounds as though she has a great deal of growing up to do. I feel very sorry for the children, she is being very selfish. I am sorry for you I am sure that your feelings are very hurt. Try very hard to understand this is not about you, it is about her and her selfishness and unfortunatley you and the children are the ones who are suffering. Good luck and God bless you.

Parental obligation and finances keep many people together despite the fact the relationship has reached the post mortem stage, and you always hope that things will improve on some level. However, if the marriage is an empty shell it is better for kids to come from a broken home rather than to live in one.

You answered your own question because of the three children, Here is something to ponder, "the grass is Not greener on the other side of the fence." Concentrate on the positive aspects of his personality and involve yourself in your kids work home charities and whatever Good Luck

Obviously first of all for the kids...secondly maybe she was lonely and you were the best she found so then she just stuck with you...thirdly for security and stability and it breaks my heart to know someone would put another person through that because those are all lame and selfish reasons you don't need a cruel person in you rlife like that. dump her

After a wile you get used to the person being around. And with no one being around to take your place she stayed. Probably afterawile didn't know how to live without you.

I have been married 7 years so far. We also have 3 kids.
Maybe it was the fear of moving on to something else, fear to hurt you, disrupt the kid's security and stability...I am sorry for you.But now, please, move on and keep beeing a good parent and your kids will never abandon you. Your kids will always be yours.

She is just saying that to hurt you.
Obviously she did love you before but definately not now. Ask her why she wasted all that time with you then? Ask her why she kept having children with you then.
She is just being hurtful because perhaps she has been hurt?

how did you know that she never loved you at all? Children were born because they were made out of love. It will be cruel for them to know that they were bear out of conventional love or mere sex. sooner or later they will also do that you you're grandchildren
