Both of them leave without $, but ,why the casinos are protected to leave you without any resources?

Because the casinos create tax revenue for the nation and the state they are in.
Nobody says that you will strike it rich in a casino. They only promise the chance to win. It is entertainment, just like going to the carnival and trying to win cupie dolls. The carnies all know that you have to have some winners to draw in the suckers; the casinos know it too.
Compulsive gambling is a problem, but it is just like a drinking or drug problem. However, a good size chunk of the tax money generated by casinos goes to programs to help those addicted to gambling.

Casinos, The only games they offer are the games that they have a better chance at winning than you do. I have heard alot of stories about people losing alot of money in Vegas, but not so many of people laughing all the way to the bank. I once heard a joke about Vegas, its the only place that when you leave you never want to go back, but three weeks later its also the place that you will take time off of work to go back. I would play blackjack or craps if you know how, you might break even or win some with these ones.
