i heard that right after u have a baby, a chiropractor can help ur bones get back tight together (ribs, pelvis) by compression or using some special band around ur waist... is this true?

well i think u have a good idea. a chiropractor can help and also a special band would b nice but u can just get a girdle from like wal-mart and this will help ur belly go back to normal sooner and it also helps ur back because ur back won't have the entire job of holding ur belly in a normal position. they make special post partum supports, u should buy one from like ebay a maternity store, babies r us would also have them cheaper than a chiropractor

certainly. many chiropractors can even help you while pregnant. As bad as I was hurting though, I didn't feel so comfortable doing so. However, the chiropractor isn't going to just push your hips back together. Its more like he can help realign joints and bones that have been moved out due to your shift in center of gravity. Say, maybe, he can realign your neck and your pelvic bone, but not completely shift them to pre-pregnancy form. They are very limited to what they can do.
