I actually type faster when i dont look and really horrible if i do look. I also took 3 years of keyboarding plus brush up now and then with some typing software.

I can type without looking at the keyboard but I'm slow at it, only about 20 wpm. Looking back and forth at the screen and keyboard, I can do 40-50wpm.

im able to type everything i am typing here without looking or making any kind of mistakes, whice i am doing. I can write pretty fast too!! im actually kinda happy for myself because of it because i have been to so many classes in school for computer and i have never been able to do this before untill just 1 year ago i took another class and this time i was able to learn it!!! yay! lol ROCK ON!!!

Without, just like playing the piano. I look at the screen or the sheet music. My fingers know the way, and that is the only way to type if you ask me, that is how I was taught.

I admit that I still have to watch the keyboard...but through the years I have become really fast at typing...in my own weird style. : D

Somtimes I can look righjt at the monitor and type. Of course, this does leave some errors in my typing, but for the most part, my typing is pretty goodf withoout lookinf

Staring directly at it. And it's a black keyboard with black keys and not-terribly-large white symbols in a not-especially well-lit location. So i rely quite heavily on proofreading and the Spell Checker.
