I'm sure that is who they favor. Most employers will pick someone prettier if it is a position where they will be dealing with customers. Some probably don't even do it on purpose, but I'm sure someplace like Abercrombie wants their employees to have a certain style and look about them. Hell, I worked at a Baskin Robbins and I could tell that my employer didn't want to hire this one girl because she had an alternative look.

no you just have to be young as hell. I went there looking for clothes and not a person in there over 23. This was myrtle beach, and also their clothes are not over size 32 waist

No... but most of them are fans of the brand and very young. My friend's cousin works at Hollister. She's 19, 5'4", and 145 lbs but she's worn Abercrombie/Hollister/Ruehl/A&F since she was 8. It's all that in her closet other than Victoria's Secret and Juicy Couture.

You would think so, but I've seen some more ... average girls working in other places like AE and Aero, but I would think in either you have to be really really outgoing, for the most part.

Yes, because you have to be super skinny to fit into their clothes, and you have to wear the clothes while you're working there. They'll probably verbally abuse you and underpay you. Go somewhere else.

Probably, which is stupid. Now a days it's "cool" to be super skinny and have mints for dinner.

I have bought clothes for my wife because I saw a hot lady wearing it and wanted her to have it. If it had been a fattie, I wouldn' teven notice it.
