I order ton's of stuff on the Internet. As soon as I order I get a verification notice and an invoice number by E-mail.....then ,when my item is shipped, I get another E-mail saying it was shipped. From there it usually takes 5 days for it to arrive. There was one item that took 3 weeks but that was on account it was on back order...you should call or E-mail them to let them know you are still waiting....good luck.... ;)

well see if the shipper left you a fed-ex or ups or usps tracking number. if they did you can go to either one of them sites you can watch it everystep of the way each time it gets scanned.

if not the depending on what way they shipped it i dont see it being more then 7 days after recieving your order form.

i would get intouch with them to get the status of your order either by email or phone. hope this helps

it should have been 3 days... unless u ordered a custom made item.. make sure they haven't charged your credit card already.. if they did.. try to contact them about your order (in case u gave the wrong adress).. ask for a tracking number... but if they don't respond.. talk to your credit card company and get your money back

i am thinking, what sort of delivery did u request, and the amt u made for, and the cost u asked to paid by. Sometimes, its better to check the reputation of the company and + you should email them to let them know of the delayed services.Eg., i used to know that 'Birkenstock' sandals never disappoint in their services of the sandsals anywere around europe, asia too!I used to wear them .
