No- I am East Indian/Spanish and I can speak from my experience about the relationships of Indian and China.
From what I see the hatred that the Indians appear to have is not really hatred of the Chinese people but by the way most Indians have been treated by the Chinese in the past and present.
Its not the chinese people that they detest -rather it is the hatred of what a number of Chinese have done to them in the past that was probably caused out of envy and racism towards the Indians- an educated and spirtitual class of people that have never tried to harm the Chinese in any way in history.
I am not saying that all Chinese are racists -racism is everywhere even in my community also.
When I was growing up in my hometown in Winnipeg Canada, and when my Indian friends were working in Hong Kong during that time in the 80's- both myself and them were called alot of racial words and mistreated by the Chinese in the job market and on the streets. Many Indians in Hong Kong were denied promotions or higher positions in their jobs by their bosses even though they spoke fluent Cantonese and worked extremely hard.
In the martial arts clubs the chinese instructors and students would deliberately hit me and throw all sorts of negative remarks to me and encourage me to quit martial arts. In alot of martial arts schools I've been to that taught Kung Fu -the subject of Indian never came up when the origin of martial arts were discussed. In alot of chinese movies India was left out when the origin of martial arts were told to the audience in the theatre (which is funny because martial arts came from India by the Indian patriarch named Bodidharma in the 6th century).
The well known Buddha himself was Indian but thats also denied by some Chinese temples.
I was insulted alot by the chinese gangs in high school and mistreated by the employees in chinese restaurants and stores.
Regardless of all this- I did fight back but not by returning racist remarks as you cant fight racism with racism.
Do I hate Chinese after all of this?---Well I have to say NO.
I used to be engaged to a chinese- we broke up due to relocation of careers in different parts of the world but we remained friends and kept in touch.
I love all nationalities- but to answer your question I believe the reason why the Indians you have come accross seem to hate Chinese is because of the way many of them were treated by Chinese in the past and maybe even today also.
But I am speaking from my own experience- I respect the chinese very much regardless of how I was even treated by them in the past.
In regards to the negative postings of China by the Indian community - I dont agree with any negative postings about any nationality.
But the supporting of Pakistan by China might be the cause for bitterness as the two countries, India and Pakistan, have been battling eachother for a long time over Kashmir and other reasons.
This is upsetting too as Pakistan being Muslim and Indian being mostly Hindu- both religions teach respect and sharing as well as learning to co-exist.
If the world leaders- (not just India and Pakistan) would belive this principle- hatred would be eliminated as its really greed and prejudice that causes war more than anything else.
I hope we can all live together and forget the negative past that robs the future if we keep dwelling on the past..
But thats another topic.

Indians were scared of China because of the Laddakh incident where Chinese army overwhelmed the Indian troops. Since then India is desperate to build up it's military strength to counter any attacks by china. But now china is a good economic ally to India.

I'm not sure but I know that Indians have their nukes pointed at China. I'm American and I wish we had better relations with China bc I think you would be a strong ally. Unfortunately the Chinese government is not very nice to its people.
