Do you ever just have those days when you are so tired and you are just pmsing like crazy, like you are impaitent with everyone and just yell at people you don't mean to yell at and I always get menstrual migraines and I just want to throw up the entire time, I have back muscle spasmes and I am dizzy too. I don't know I was just wondering if I am the only one who is like this.

I used to be like that but found that if I take Evening Primrose Oil for one week before, then I didn't get any symptoms. I've heard recently too that aspirins another one that can be taken for a week before because apparently it thins the blood, stops the bloating and everything else that goes along with it.

I think I'm pmsing a bit today, I have been fighting off tears all day just because it's Monday and I'm back at work and I hate it. I get stomach cramps, diarrhoea, and back cramps that are so painful I just want to cry all day when I get my period. I get really emotional the week before my period and agonizing pain on the first day of my period then I'm fine. I feel your pain I hope you feel better real soon : )

Yes Yes Yes, I just want to kill somebody and make someone as miserable as I am. Its not good I tell ya. I am thinking of getting a punching bag. I would rather be on my period than PMSing. Hang in there!!!!!

I used to.
Then I started doing some research for help.

I recently learned that there is an actual imbalance of zinc and copper levels that literally makes you crazy during PMS! Cool, huh?

Also, natural progesterone has helped me immensely. PMS symptoms come from estrogen. If you balance it out with your body's natural "anti-estrogen", you will likely see mush relief!!

Exercising, working out can help you reduce your pain. Especially if you do it the week before the menses.
