I'll try again. I asked this a few moments ago and was happy to get a number of quick 'answers' Some trying to be smart. But none realy answered the question. I can look at someone without seeing their atom's apple or their adam's apple, and will know (90% of the time). How do I do it ? Of course some females look a bit male and vise versa, but most of the time, I don't know what clues I am getting, but something must be telling me the gender.

The shape of the face-guys tend to have a square jawline. If their hair is a wig, you might notice that without realizing it; if it's real hair, their hairline starts farther back than most women's.

Well, if you can't see/find an adam's apple, then it's harder to do. Because women just don't have adam's apples. Actually, the shape of a person's rear can tell you a lot. In general, women's rears tend to me more shapely, whereas most men are lucky to have a rear at all (meaning they're usually flat)! Another possible way would be to either talk to the person, or get within hearing range and eaves drop to hear their voice.

Its the pheromones you are receiving from the other person. Males and females have natural pheromones which the body releases on a constant basis. It is actually our genes that help us identify these pheromones. That is why gays are born gay and straight people are born straight the genes predestine us to choose which pheromones we as a person will be attracted to. men and women walk differently, and hold their bodies differently. i think the difference is the scrotum between the guy's legs kind of cahnges his stance.

calf muscles are hard to disguise - I can usually spot male calf muscles in high heels.
