Your question is as vast as the space itself. Space is considered immeasurable. Generally speaking, the term space refers to the empty parts of the universe, meaning any area outside the atmosphere of any celestial body. A celestial body is any matter that fills a part of the space, including our Earth. We live in space and time which are relative. Of all the space that exists, humans have been able to observe only a very minute portion of it because of its vastness. Of late, space researchers are looking for evidence of life - present or past - in any other part of the observable universe. Ask specific questions for specific answeres. It is a vast subject. a boundless, three-dimensional extent in which objects and events occur and have relative position and direction.

Space is treated in a number of articles. For a philosophical consideration of the subject, see metaphysics. For a discussion of the relativity of space and time, see relativity. For a description of space as the region of the universe beyond the Earth and its atmosphere, see Cosmos. For coverage of the scientific investigation of this region, see space exploration.
