go to best buy and buy a router (i recomend a linksys 4 port router)... you plug your internet into one, and each of the computers you got into the other ones.

well.... first they must be compatible... here's what you should do... rent a nice warm fuzzy movie... order some delicious chinese food... put both computers on the couch near the food... also get them a blanket... leave the room for a couple of hours... and with any luck they will hook up...... or you can go to a computer store or any store like circuit city or whatever and buy the usb cables that fit the two computers

You just need 2 network card if you computers don't already equipped with, and network cable with colours (green white - green - orange while - blue - blue White - orange - brown white - brown ) at one end and in the other end (orange White - orange - green white - blue - blue white - green - brown White - Brown). and set ur ip address and sub mask. that will do like
computer 1: 10.0.0.5
submask 1: 255.255.255.0

computer 2: 10.0.0.10
submask 2: 255.255.255.0

you don't need any switches or routers.
