Carlito! (My opinion) He has some really great moves like the springboard off the ropes, his backcracker, etc.
There are many others I would say (any gimmicks aside): HHH and HBK, Jeff Hardy, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, John Cena, the Highlanders, and Victoria. Once again, not everyone can agree on what wrestlers they think are the best, this is only my opinion, everyone's entitled to theirs.

HBK--in ring performance that no one can top, he sells well and he carries his opponents.
Cena--is the biggest draw (brings in most money--for the marks) in the WWE and hes improving with his mic skills.
I liked him when he was the rapper much better.

every one is mad who is answering john cena and khali because they are not in RAW ans you said about RAW john cena and my favourate the great khali is in smackdown.And the best RAW wrestlers are kane and .the full form of DX is D generation X.D generation X is too long so they say them DX.
