a guy at work is from texas, and he's always telling me how many ppl there are fiercely patriotic but dont know anything about our history or government. he also uses this quote all the time:
"if you come from a town where your I.D. and social status are indicated by the size of your belt buckle, you shouldnt be allowed in politics".

It has been a hoot hasn't it. I know why people in Texas voted for him to be president, it was to get him the hell out of Texas before he could do any more damage to that state, but they didn't take into account that as president he could screw up the world.
