Well, uh, in terms of all the right parts, yes it will work. You have all the parts to make a working computer. Just make sure all the interfaces match (CPU and mobo socket; right ram for the mobo; PCI or PCI-express) Not a bad one for games either (although the graphics card is sort of mid-range). You can't go wrong with the setup in general though..hope everything goes well.

If you're asking if it is a good system, then that depends on what applications you'll be running on that computer. If you don't play many 3-D games, then you may have spent too much money on that system. For a good gaming system, your system falls short of that.
If you like saving video clips on your computer, then the hard drive size is decent, although some people like having 500 gigabytes to support that.
