I'm specifically thinking about Miami and South Beach, Florida. I heard that it is quite warm, especially during the summer. But is it warm during the winter months?

Ideally, I'd like to know the water temp on the beach by month, but a high and low over the year is also good.

The surf temperature goes down into the 60s, during the winter but it feels warm compared to the air temperature.
Feels like bath water in the summer.

Surf temperature averages 74 degrees.

Oh! It is warm in Miami, and the water is warm in the winter months. You are coming for a visit? By all means, enjoy yourselves. The water is great, and the weather is fine!

They keep it that way in the tourist areas. If you don't speak Spanish, don't even consider moving here! South Florida, is the northern post of the Caribbean Islands. Haiti, Cuba, and Nicaragua.

You have been enlightened. Enjoy your vacation!

You might be able to find the answers to your questions at www.wunderground.com, I live in Florida and it helped me plan my outdoor wedding 2 yrs ago. PS It starts to really get chilly here in January.
