I did get a response once or twice. and I've also over the last week or so been getting email acknowledgments of my abuse reports being received.

What most people don't understand is that YA is under no obligation and not legall required to post all answers. They are a business, and will do what they have to in order to avoid offending most people and still provide a good service. I have had answers booted off before. No big deal to me. They are only doing what the major tv networks and most cable networks are doing - caving into the whiners and complainers that are afraid their little 12 year old is going to see a bad word, or actually learn something about how the real world operates. For exampl, when Janet Jackson's nipple was 'shown' during the Superbowl half time show, how many people really saw it? You would have needed a very large big screen tv and focused on that one spot right there at exactly the right time. Yet everyone got all pissed off about a body part being shown. Geez, don't we have more important things to worry about?

I've disputed a few violation notices, but all I ever got were "form letter" responces saying something to the affect of "we're looking into it."

But never anything more.

Perhaps a stock holder will have better luck,or someone who request dispute resolution through the company, and or other outlets.
While indeed they are a business, they are under certain protocols established by IAB,& other internet governing authorties and they under Goverment authority.
Two other large networks come to mind that thought they could do just anyway, however their actions prooved costly.

I got a form letter that accused me of spamming when I linked to a news story on gay.com. It basically said tough luck.
