why do i sometimes change colors suck as green purple or red, is this normal?

No. I would recommend you see a doctor. i don't have any idea what is wrong with you but it doesn't sound normal. red i'm not so worried about.. its the purple and green that worry me. the sooner you seek medical care the better.
