I am 16wks pregnant. I first felt the "fluttery movement" of baby at 14.5wks. Felt another "flutter" last week but nothing since.

For anyone who experienced the movement of baby really early was it frequent? The way say - baby kicking is? Or is it normal to feel it only a few times?

yes, the movements will be occasional until baby gets big enough to hit more often. Right now they have to bounce around alot to hit a sensitive enough spot. Save the nervousness for when you really need it at the end. good luck

It is normal to not feel it often at all until much further along. It isn't until closer to the end when the baby runs out of room that you'll need to check with the doctor if you don't feel movement for a few days. This early you probably won't feel it if you arent perfectly still either so your normal life will make you miss it alot.

I didn't notice many fluttering moments in my pregnancy at all. Only in the third trimester did I feel alot of movement. What I did notice before the third trimester in order to notice movement I couldn't be busy doing something. Like when I was at work I never noticed any movement until down the road when it was really hard kicking, but when I was trying to go to sleep or relaxing I would notice more movement then.

The fluttering comes and goes. The baby is still to little to make any really good thumps. Watch in the next 4 weeks though. They will be more frequent and so much more stronger.

I'm not a doctor or anything but I remember that when my wife was pregnant the baby stopped moving after a while. This was because the aby got so big that he/she didn't have anymore room to move about

yes it is normal. As your pregnancy progresses and the baby becomes larger and more developed, they tend to kick a lot more. Don't worry, just keep your doctor visits up and you'll hear the heartbeat and won't have to worry.

This is normal. Some babies aren't as active as others!
