it said that i beat the game but it says that im only at 99% shouldnt it be at 100% if i beat it? can someone please help???

Go to the world map in the garage and you will find some missions undone.and also press the left or the right arrow keys when your in world map
and when you roaming around the streets you will see other customized cars , go near them and press enter to race with them.
also try customizing an s.u.v car and race with it.

Yes, you sould be at 100% if you have completely beat the game.
but since in some of the races you don't have to get first, and you might have gotten second in one of those. go back and make sure

yeah u have 2 complete the world map and there are hidden missions also soo....
