Is there anyone else out there that wishes the still aired videos and concerts instead of all of the reality competition programming?

Man.... u hit the MTV issue right on the head!
I used to love MTV back in the 80's and early 90's... now I can't stand it! Esp. all those programs: Jackass, Beavis....
I am sick of MTV. I am glad I have INHD where they show some concerts every now and then, in High Def!

Yes! Some guy who works at MTV was on TV a few years ago and was telling the story of people who come up to him and say, "Why doesn't MTV show videos anymore?" He said his response is, "Reality TV is what's popular on MTV right now." !? If everyone is asking him why don't they show videos anymore, then obviously, we want to see music on MTV, not some freaks living together for a certain amount of time revealing their sickening personalities (or any of the other reality crap they insist on shoving down our throats).

Thats why they made MTV2, supposedly a video channel only, but I never see videos on wither channel. Except at like 5am. MTV sucks. Back in my day (I'm 30) they showed all the cool videos like Madonna and George Michael. Man, those were the days.

MTV is soooo boring. I don't even watch anymore. I hate reality TV, and I think it is cheaper for them to air that than anything else. What do I care if Bam blows up his mom's house?

yeah MTV sucks now. especially when they keep showing re-runs of their stupid reality programs. and pimp my ride is really getting lame when they run out of ideas and just see how many lcd screens they can squeeze into the car! bring back the music videos and concerts!

Some of the shows are good though I dont get to watch it very often, I do manage to catch classics on vh1.
