I have been working out alot lately at least once a day. I am overweight.....but I have noticed that my breasts are getting smaller. When you lose weight do your breasts get smaller or is it just my imagination....is there anything i can do or take something natural to avoid them getting smaller or enlarge them something that works

Unfortunately you can't target your weight loss - you can't lose weight in only certain areas. So yeah, as you lose weight your breasts will get smaller. There are all sorts of pills that folks will sell you to make your breasts larger, but none of them work (if they did, I'd be first in line to buy them!).

The only natural way I know of to enlarge your breasts is to get pregnant.

When I was younger I did the same thing the only thing is to slow down working out those muscles (if you are weight lifting) and let nature take its course. Since the breast is made up of fats and glands it is normal for it to shrink if you do.
