Tell her it will help if she uses a water based lubricant like KY Jelly - trust me it really helps, it made my first time virtually pain-free. Also she might want to have a little break from sex to give herself time to recover. Sometimes after particularly vigorous sex I need 2 or 3 days to get back to normal.

Seriously though, most young women especially for the first several times or years don't orgasm. They have to learn about their body, learn to relax and enjoy and even learn to hear what their body needs and get it in order to enjoy sex.
Also too much vigorous rubbing of the clitoris and labia or even the vagina will cause tearing, bleeding, swelling and irritation.
Have her go slow find some lubricant and tell him to be gentle and easy.

Take and break and heal before you have more sex. Then if it hurts maybe he is too big for you or something is wrong maybe see a doctor.
