Well I would say that it all depends on the situation. Greed usually has to do with money, but not always. There are many reasons why greed would motivate someone. Fear could motivate people too. I would say that fear might have more of an effect on a person. Fear tends to drive a person to go for something like the fear of failure can drive a person to go for it because they don't want to fail. I would say that Fear and Greed would be a motivation for people. But if I were to pick on or the other I would say that Fear would be more of a motivation than Greed.

i think greed is driven by the fear of not having enough or not being prepared so fear motivates more.

Both motivate people equally. But, I think depending on the person's position and their personality, it would really depend which one would weight in first.
