The mornings are more of receptivity, and so pouring out of content takes a little slower, except for casual manual labour where just the physical bodily stamina matters.
And, the mind is relatively tired towards evening, and therefore undergoes an imposed calm.. When it seeks relaxation, the creativity can come out of a persons easier also !

According to some studies the chemistry of a person has a lot to do with their longevity. Everyone is different, but the peaceful mode that comes over in the evening after the rush hour promotes for more concentration. It has a lot to do with their metabolism and the way their brain works. Most people who are late risers, rather those who don't like to get up early in the morning, are the ones who work more efficiently during late evening. They get up late, even prefer to have late breakfast, basically their day starts late, their body clock starts off late. Hence, their efficiency peaks as the day progresses towards evening and later. Most psychologist call such people left-brained. This is natural to them and not something they have a control over. Such people are also more creative in nature.

There are great technical terms to explain this phenomenon, but I like best the explanation that was given me by a very good doctor.
He said that the majority of people who had natural nocturnal biorhythms tended to be more creative due to a relationship between one's circadian rhythms and right-brain syndrome.
This answer is simple, and somewhat vague, but satisfying to a nocturnal type such as myself.

Some of us are night owls and some are larks. What is most important is that we not feel superior to those who are different than us. We all serve an important purpose.
