need help on my samsung s400i its not letting me get on the internet?

computers without internet connections will not let you on the internet. If that isn't the problem then maybe you need an internet account, or you need to pay your bill.
Also, you need a modem of some kind to connect, be it a dial up modem, dsl modem or cable modem.
If this doesn't help, you might consider giving us at least ONE CLUE as to why you can't get on the internet (what connection you have, what yu have tried etc). I don't know about most of the people here, but I don't read minds.
