What time of the day are you working out? I know for me I have to work out at night. I can't do it in the morning, I have no energy and it makes me more tired and drained during the day. But if I work out at night, than I have enough energy to get the work out in and then I can crash in my bed and I sleep like a baby. Also maybe you are over-exerting yourself. Try doing a few less weights and a few less sit-ups. Work you way up to it more gradually. It may be your body's way of telling you you're pushing too hard.

Oh yeah, and a little energy drink about 20 minutes before your workout helps a lot too, just not a huge drink. I really like Sobe Adrenaline. They give me lots of energy but it burns off in an hour or so, that way I'm not wired for a long time after my work out and I don't have a sugar crash.

But if you can't find a solution, maybe you should see a doctor. There may be something else going on that you are not aware of.

Good Luck!!!

If you mean exhausted, you may need to get a check-up. Many people go around with an ailment and never know it til it's too late. be on the side of caution, mention it to your doctor on your next check-up.It could be a simple case of anemia.

When you work out you burn calories, most likely you are working out on a empty stomach or just haven't had enough sleep.
