From what I can tell, she's sick of Clark keeping secrets. Yes, he should be keeping this one, but it's driving her nuts.
Now, excuse me while I try to recover from the fact that I know this.

When Clark told Lana, not only did she die, but she died because Lex was pursuing her, trying to find out what she knew about Clark that he didn't. Clark realized then that Lana would be in constant danger if he told her the second time he lived that day. After Clark had Lana's life spared, he had to save Lois who had an accident (I forget what happened exactly, sorry... I'll have to rewatch that DVD), and then Jonathon died a heart attack after Lionel met him in the barn and revealed his knowledge of Clark's secret. Since then, Clark pushed Lana away, afraid of telling her the truth again, and afraid he might hurt her during sex.
Lex then blackmailed a young woman to use her family heirloom hypnotising-jewel to get Clark to cheat on Lana with her. Lana saw the two of them going at it, and ended the relationship then. Afterwards, when Lana understood Clark had been under hypnosis, Clark chose to tell Lana that he no longer loved her, knowing he could never be completely honest with her, and that she deserved more than that. From there, Lana grew closer to Lex, telling him about the break up before anyone else.

last season clark told lona his secret. shortly after she died in an accident. clark was able to save her with the help of jarrel. however in order for clark to go back in time and save lona he had to agree to something horrific. but wasnt told what it would be. so he saved her and found out later that he would lose someone he loves.. so fearful that his secret would hurt lona he decided not to tell her ever. and broke it off with her..later jonathan died.

whoa.you are way behind on smallville.i suggest you buy season 5 on DVD so you can be up to date.
